We’ve been a growing business ever since we got started in 1991. Today, we employ over twenty staff and have two offices in Surrey and Hampshire. Our clients include NHS trusts, county councils, facilities management specialists, property developers and consultancies across London and the south east.
However, we still hand-pick our BMS controls, commercial heating and mechanical engineers and invest in every individual with continual training and development.
Our engineers are specialists in all aspects of Building management systems, commercial heating and mechanical & electrical, with many years of experience.
Our work spans the complete lifecycle of plant room development – from design and installation through to maintenance, reactive repair and eventual decommissioning.
Most of our clients become long-term partners. In fact, some of our current clients have been with us since the beginning.
