Control Heating

We are a City and Guilds apprentice trained time served plumbing and heating company based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Initially working as a sub contract installer for a housing association, we began the business as domestic and commercial plumbers with the majority of our work being bathroom installation and plumbing repairs for homeowners, letting agencies and businesses.

At the beginning of the government funded boiler scrappage scheme our regular customers were asking us to replace their boilers so they could apply for a £400 cash back offer. We identified this as an opportunity to further meet the needs of our customers and invested heavily in time and finance to become a Gas Safe Registered company. The business grew quickly when it was recognized that we were willing to repair what others wouldn’t or even couldn’t, and continues to grow from strength to strength.
