I am after a replacement boiler that is up in my loft. Access to it is up through the outbuilding door next to my back door. I just want to know how much it will cost please? I can't access up there to take a photo due to arthritis. I am at work most of the time so could the work take place just in the attic or do you need access indoors? I have a dog and several cats locked in my lounge which may pose a problem. Thanks
