I have over twenty years experience in the gas and heating industry, and I have been fortunate enough to have been comprehensively trained, and to hone my skills whilst working for a leading gas supplier, and a major boiler manufacturer.

During this time, I have observed a considerable shift in the attitude of many companies from prioritising customer satisfaction, to solely focusing on business profits. I believe that these customers are also aware of this and would prefer an honest approach, and a considered boiler or heating repair (only replacing necessary parts), rather than the hard sell of a replacement appliance. This is where I hope to excel and by doing so retain a satisfied group of loyal patrons.
